IMS

JSC Company “Montazhspetsstroy” has implemented and maintains an Integrated Management System aimed at ensuring the quality of performed works, occupational health, industrial safety, environmental protection and continual improvement of production process efficiency.

The Company’s Integrated Management System combines the requirements of the following international standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system;
• ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management system;
• ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety management system.

The IMS serves as the basis for managing the Company’s processes at all stages of project delivery: from planning, design and resource mobilization to construction and installation works, quality control, handover of facilities and analysis of results.

Main objectives of the IMS

The Integrated Management System is aimed at:

• ensuring stable quality of performed works and services;
• meeting customer requirements, legal requirements and applicable regulatory documents;
• preventing occupational injuries, occupational diseases and emergency situations;
• reducing negative environmental impacts;
• improving personnel competence and responsibility;
• managing risks and opportunities;
• developing a culture of quality, safety and environmental responsibility;
• continual improvement of the Company’s activities.

Quality management

The Company’s quality management system ensures control over work execution at all stages of the production process, including planning, resource management, control of design and as-built documentation, inspections, nonconformity management and implementation of corrective actions.

The Company strives to ensure timely and high-quality fulfilment of contractual obligations, compliance with customer requirements and increased satisfaction of interested parties.

Environmental management

The environmental management system is aimed at compliance with environmental protection requirements, rational use of resources, pollution prevention, waste management, control of emissions, discharges and other environmental aspects associated with the Company’s activities.

The Company strives to minimize the environmental impact of its activities and ensure compliance with environmental requirements at work sites.

Occupational Health and Safety

The occupational health and safety management system is aimed at preventing injuries, managing occupational risks, ensuring safe working conditions, involving employees in safety matters and continually improving HSE performance.

Special attention is paid to risk assessment before starting work, personnel training, control of high-risk work activities, use of personal protective equipment, incident investigation and implementation of preventive measures.

Certification

JSC Company “Montazhspetsstroy” confirms the compliance of its Integrated Management System with the requirements of international standards:

• ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system;
• ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management system;
• ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety management system.

History of IMS development

• 2001 — the Company first implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• 2004 — the ISO 14001 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system were implemented.
• 2020 — the Company transitioned to the international standard ISO 45001:2018.
• 2024 — the Company confirmed the compliance of its Integrated Management System with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• 2026 — the Company confirmed the compliance of its Integrated Management System with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements with the transition to another certification body.

Personnel competence and training

The Company ensures training, briefings, knowledge checks and competence development of employees in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.

Special attention is paid to the training of personnel performing high-risk work, as well as employees responsible for quality, occupational health, industrial safety and environmental protection.

Continual improvement

The Company regularly conducts internal audits, analyzes performance results, implements corrective actions and develops IMS processes considering customer requirements, legislation, international standards and experience gained during project delivery.
