Man-hours worked: 3,773 man-hours. Period of work: 12.06.2024-10.08.2025. Scope of work: Replacement of the existing external gas fuel modules of TG-C001A/B turbines of the main pumping units at NPS Atyrau.
Scope of work
- Dismantling of the existing gas fuel module, above-ground pipe routing, shut-off and vent valve assemblies of TG-C001A/B turbines of the main pumping units;
- Installation of new gas fuel modules for TG-C001A/B gas turbine units on existing foundations;
- Installation of shut-off and vent valve assemblies, manual fuel gas shut-off valves;
- Installation of above-ground stainless steel piping for fuel gas, instrument air, and drainage with thermal insulation;
- Quality control of welded joints of process piping;
- Performance of hydraulic testing and cleaning of process piping cavities;
- Installation of metal supports for process piping and equipment;
- Installation of equipment and cables for the electric heat-tracing system of equipment, shut-off valves, and process piping;
- Installation/laying of power supply cables on trays on the pipe rack and in conduits;
- Installation of instrumentation equipment, laying of control cables on trays on the pipe rack and in conduits;
- Adjustment of the PLC program code for the GTU local control system and HMI with the involvement of a specialized organization (authorized representative of Siemens), in order to integrate newly connected project equipment and carry out pre-commissioning after replacement of the gas fuel modules;
- Landscaping of the area affected by the works.
