Scope of Work:

• provision of engineering services for construction of TCO IB Central Warehouse New Office with all required utilities, including connection points and Instruments systems.
• development of process diagrams, diagrams, isometrics, architectural, structural detailed and other drawings of all utilities, layouts, sections and elevations of the designed office building. Schedule / Material Take Off (MTO).

All documentation shall be prepared and completed in accordance with RoK regulations and TCO specifications / standards.
