Scope of work includes:

Engineering:

• full development of design documentation in accordance with RoK rules and regulations, and TCO standards;
• submission of design documents to TCO for approval;
• getting approval of design documentation by state authorities and obtaining of the required permits to work.

Construction:

• civil work (earthwork, concrete work, road construction);
• installation of prefabricated modular buildings;
• finishing work;
• installation of piping systems;
• installation of HVAC utilities;
• installation of internal and external cold/hot water supply utilities and sewage system;
• Electrical;
• installation of instrumentation, telecommunication, fire detection and fire-fighting systems.
