Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation Works for Well Conversion

Client: North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC).

Contractor: Consortium: Kazakhstan Caspian Offshore Industries (KCOI) – JS Company “Montazhspetsstroy”.

Construction area: Mangystau region, Shapagatov village, Temir-At production base

Total man-hours worked under the Contract – 113,512 man-hours.

Construction period: 01.03.2018 – 30.05.2019

Scope of work includes:

• conversion of production wells to injection wells;
• shut-in of ZSG modules;
• valve upgrade;
• modification of access routes to Module 1 and 2 ZTKO.

MSS performed the following types of work on this project:

• Electrical and instrumentation works during the installation phase of the project, including mechanical completion for this discipline;

Non-destructive testing works during the fabrication phase.
