Scope of work: Debottlenecking modifications to increase production to 500,000 barrels of oil per day, to be carried out during the 2026 planned turnaround (TAR), including demobilization. · Onshore complex debottlenecking (Scope during TAR 2026): (DBN-11B (onshore complex thermowells); DBN-21 (onshore complex utility systems); DBN-22 (onshore complex pressure letdown); DBN-23 (naphtha unit upgrade); DBN-24 (Merox naphtha treating unit revamp); DBN-25 (Merox LPG unit upgrade); DBN-33 (onshore CTG and inlet oil separator) · Pipeline tie-ins (Scope during TAR 2026). The WORKS include development of the detailed design, procurement of materials, shop fabrication/pre-assembly, transportation to site and installation of replacement shut-off/control valves and vessel internals, piping and fittings modifications, replacement of components, painting of internal and external surfaces, cladding, installation of insulation, including all necessary testing and inspection.
