The list of the Company shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting is compiled as of July 01, 2026.

Registration of meeting participants will take place on July 20, 2026 at the venue from 09:15 to 10:15.

In the absence of a quorum, a repeat meeting will be held on July 21, 2026 at the same time and at the same address.

Meeting materials are available for review starting July 13, 2026 from the Company corporate secretary (4th floor, office 415).
