Notice of convocation of the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy"

The Board of Directors of JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" (hereinafter the Company) announces the convocation of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter the meeting), which will be held at 14:30 on August 24, 2026 at: Almaty, 8th microdistrict, building 4A, Abai Business Center, 4th floor, conference hall.

Meeting agenda

• Approval of the executive body report on the results of the production and business activities of the Company for 2025
• Approval of the audited annual financial statements for 2025
• Approval of the procedure for distribution of net income of the Company for 2025, decision on payment of dividends on common shares and approval of the dividend amount per common share
• Report of the Board of Directors for 2025
• Information on the amount and composition of remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the Company
• On shareholders appeals regarding actions of the Company and its officials and the results of their review

Key dates

The list of the Company shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting is compiled as of August 14, 2026.

Registration of meeting participants will take place on August 24, 2026 at the venue from 13:15 to 14:15.

In the absence of a quorum, a repeat meeting will be held on August 25, 2026 at the same time and at the same address.

Meeting materials are available for review starting August 14, 2026 from the Company corporate secretary (4th floor, office 415).
