EPC Capabilities Our company possesses extensive expertise in executing full-cycle EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning) projects for industrial facilities. We have successfully delivered technically complex onshore and offshore projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan, acting both as an independent contractor and in consortia with international partners.

Core Areas of Expertise

• Civil Works: Comprehensive site preparation, road construction, prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete structures, and general construction of industrial and civil buildings.

• Piping & Pipeline Installation: Installation of field and process pipelines, equipment piping, including specialized welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), heat treatment, and full-scale pre-commissioning activities.

• Structural Steel: Erection of complex steel structures, including large-scale steel storage tanks (up to 80,000 m³) with floating roofs.

• Equipment Installation: Installation of static and dynamic equipment, including pumps, compressors, high-capacity vessels (over 1,000 m³ and up to 400 tons), modular units, and heavy lifting operations.

• Protective Coatings & Insulation: Surface preparation and painting, thermal and cryogenic insulation, and cathodic/anodic protection systems.

• Electrical Works: Installation of cable tray systems, laying of above-ground and underground cabling (including main lines), and installation of complex electrical equipment.

• I&C and Telecommunications: Installation of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems, telecommunications, fire and gas detection systems, including fiber-optic installation, calibration, and commissioning of instruments and control equipment.
