On the Payment of Dividends

We inform the shareholders of JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" about the payment of dividends by JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" (Almaty, Tole bi str., 291-291/1, BIN 940640000066, IIC KZ248560000000053784 at SB JSC Bank CenterCredit) on common and preferred shares of the Company for the second half of 2022. In accordance with the decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" dated March 16, 2023, dividends on common and preferred shares of the Company will be paid from June 5 to June 14, 2023 in the amount of 60 (sixty) tenge per one common share and one preferred share. Dividends will be paid by transfer to the shareholder bank account or, at the shareholder request, in cash from the Company accounting office.
