On the Payment of Dividends

Dividend Payment Information for JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC Company "Montazhspetsstroy" dated August 24, 2026 (Minutes No. 5):

• Do not pay dividends on ordinary shares of the Company.

• Approve the payment of dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 20 KZT per preferred share.

• Set the dividend payment period for preferred shares from September 20 to September 30, 2026.

• Establish the form of dividend payment in cash, either by transfer to the bank accounts of shareholders or in cash through the Company's cash desk.
