Contractor: Consortium Bonatti – JS Company “Montazhspetsstroy” (MCC’s interest - 30%).

Construction area: Tengiz field

Construction period: December 2017 – August 2021

Scope of Work:

  • Engineering geodetic survey;
  • Prefabrication of pipeline sections;
  • Earthworks;
  • Assembly, welding of finished sections on the track;
  • Non-destructive testing of welded joints;
  • Pipeline coating;
  • Сathodic protection;
  • Laying down of pipeline sections in trench;
  • Hydrotest. Chemical clearing. Pipeline drying;
  • Nitrogen pipeline preservation;
  • Acceptance documentation.
