The Scope of Work includes detailed design, procurement and construction, pre-commissioning and assistance in start-up of Offsite facilities.
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not limited to:
Engineering:
- total number of the prepared design documents ‘AFC’ (including detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, etc.) – more than 11 000;
- development of EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) Plan for Sulphur Storage
Procurement:
Signing of the necessary Procurement Contracts for materials and equipment, inspection during material and equipment manufacturing, expediting, customs clearance, warehousing in the territory of the construction site and preservation of equipment.
Construction & Installation and Pre-commissioning:
- earthwork (excavation and backfilling) – 3,070,000 m3;
- concrete work – 42,000 m3; Road construction – 39,000 m2;
- erection of steel structures (including pipe supports) – 5,320 tonnes;
- erection of enclosing structures – 10,500 m2;
- installation of pipeline, including testing – 148,000 dia. inches or 9,500 tonnes;
- painting – 152,000 m2; Passive fire protection of steel structures – 5,700 m2;
- insulation (equipment, piping) – 37,000 m2;
- installation of dynamic equipment – 28 units / 120 tonnes;
- installation of static equipment – 31 units / 1,600 tonnes;
- installation of tanks – 2 units / 360 tonnes;
- installation of electrical cable – 525,000 m;
- installation of Instrumentation and Telecom cables – 334,000 m;
- installation of fiber optic cable – 37,000 m;
- installation of main electrical equipment – 78 units / instrumentation & telecommunication – 5,500 units
- number of the prepared as-built documentation under the Contract (Mechanical Completion Dossier, Quality Dossier, RoK Regulations Dossier, General Dossier, Pre-Commissioning Dossier, MRBs and TOMMs, etc.) – 1,087 documents
Total number of man-hours liquidated under the Contract – more than 13,000,000 man-hours.
