DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not limited to:

Procurement of materials, including:

Supply of materials for civil work, passive fire protection, painting, hot/cold insulation, required consumables.  

ConstructionandInstallation, including:

• civil work (excavation and backfilling) – 90,500 m3;
• concrete work – 6,200 m3;
• road construction – 22,200 m2;
• installation of reinforced concrete cable trays and drain system – 30,200 m3;
• installation of reinforced concrete covers for cable trays – 6,800 m2;
• erection of steel structures (including pipe supports) – 1,650 tonnes;
• painting – 58,200 m2;
• passive fire protection – 42,220 m2;
• insulation (hot/cold/sound insulation) – 22,700 m2;
• installation of equipment – 180 units / 55 tonnes;
• installation of pipelines – 62,200 dia. inches or 38,840 linear meters;
• number of the prepared As-built documentation under the Contract (Mechanical Completion Dossier, Quality Dossier, RoK Regulations Dossier, General Dossier) – 820 documents

Total number of man-hours completed under the Contract –  more than 7,500,000 man-hours.
