PROCUREMENT, FABRICATION, LOAD-IN AND TRANSPORTATION OF TOPSIDE FOR EP CLUSTER 3

Contractor: JS Company “Montazhspetsstroy”

Construction area: Atyrau oblast, Eskene West, Karabatan station, Republic of Kazakhstan

Construction period: 05.05.2016 - 06.02.2017

Scope of Work includes:

Phase # 1: Early works: civil works (dismantling, demolishing and removing any waste material) the island reinstatement to the original level of 5.20m above Caspian Datum.

Site Preparation: civil construction works (excavation, pre-casted concrete items prefabrication, transport and installation, cast in-situ, backfilling)

Phase #2: Load-in/Delivery: prefabricated items (Production Manifold Module, Umbilical Termination Units, and other Tag Items of topside facilities) are displaced from transportation barge to the EPC islands.

Installation, delivery of unloaded items of topside facilities to the “Target Position”, set down, alignment and fixing.

Phase #3: Hook-up of all topside facilities which are interconnected with piping, tubing and cables, etc.

Mechanical Completion: checking, verification and testing of the construction and installation work.

Phase #4: pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up
