Engineering, Procurement and Field Modification of the existing TCO IB heating loop to allow for connection of new warehouse No21 to central heating system

The scope of this task is to execute the works “ready-to-operate” and includes:
- site inspection and expert conclusion issuing on the current condition of the existing pipelines, foundations and over the roads crossings’ steel work;
- FEL and Detail Engineering;
- procurement of all required materials;
- construction and demolition work include, but not limited to:
- installation of the rack on sleepers if needed. On the basis of the expert conclusion (item 1);
- fabrication and installation of steel work crossings over the roads if needed. On the basis of the expert conclusion (item 1);
- installation of the supply and return pipelines of the 10” heat pipeline. This item includes installation of the necessary supports
- a new area connection to all existing pipelines in accordance with the attached process diagram. Shutoff and control valves and other required materials (including thermal insulation) shall be replaced during the connection;
- demolition of the existing pipelines, including foundations, crossings over the roads and pipelines if required.
- required strength and leak tests of new pipelines.
- handover of the completed works to Client, including ‘As-built’ documentation (required drawings, test certificates, certificates of materials, etc.).
