Scope of Work includes detailed design, procurement of materials and installation of tanks

DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK includes, but not is limited to:

Detailed engineering as per API-650 standard:

• detailed engineering calculations;
• development of detailed drawings and documentation – in total more than 6 000 documents;

Procurement:

• supply of all equipment and materials required for construction;
• material control;
• transportation to the Facility;
• unloading and storage of equipment and materials

Construction and Installation of 24 off tanks, including pre-commissioning (list of tanks is given below)

Project physical quantities completed:

• earthwork (excavation and backfilling) – 117,430 m3;
• concrete work (foundation construction) – 5,530 m3;
• erection of tank steel structures – 7,802 tonnes;
• painting – 83,500 m2;
• insulation – 30,500 m2;
• installation of tank mechanical equipment – 26 units;
• installation of instrumentation equipment – 186 units;
• installation of instruments cable – 12,100 m;
• installation of electrical cable – 64,500 m;
• installation of electrical equipment – 18 units;
• number of the prepared As-built documents under the Contract (Mechanical Completion Dossier, Quality Dossier, RoK Regulations Dossier, General Dossier, Pre-commissioning Dossier, MRBs and TOMMs, etc.) – 507 documents

Total number of man-hours completed under the Contract – 5 600 000 man-hours
