On the Payment of Dividends

We hereby inform the shareholders of JS Company "Montazhspetsstroy" about the payment of dividends by JS Company "Montazhspetsstroy"

(291-291/1 Tole bi St., Almaty, BIN 940640000066, IIC KZ248560000000053784 at Bank CenterCredit JSC) on common and preferred shares of the Company for H2 2022.

In accordance with the decision of the regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JS Company "Montazhspetsstroy" dated March 16, 2023, dividends on common and preferred shares of the Company will be paid from June 5 to June 14, 2023, in the amount of 60 (sixty) tenge per one common share and per one preferred share.

Dividends will be paid by transfer to the bank account specified by the shareholder or, at the shareholders request, in cash from the Companys accounting cash office.
